You trade for Kessel, you set the value on what Kane, McEichel, Reinhart etc will want.

The cost for Kessel is more than you, I, and Murray is willing to give up. The other late 1st won't be the starting point. Our 1st will be.

Doesn't look bad if he wins a cup. Besides, it's not like he was courted to come here. Montreal had to get him to agree to take Buffalo of his list and he only did it because of Gionta.
