Honestly though, don't you guys remember when Homer threw his Grammy away and then the kid who found it didn't want it either? They are notoriously bad. Especially when it comes to rap. I mean, I know some rap experts and they certainly would not appreciate the fact that Eminem has 15 Grammys.

Of course I do. But you must also realize that if someone as smart and good looking as me was some how able to NOT be arrogant that it would be a miracle on par with turning water into wine?

Good point. Anything outside of basic Pop music is ignored by the Grammies, and so should the artists that appeal to the specific genres.
Also, who really cares about awards anyway? Do you think when David Bowie was writing that crazy poop in Berlin he was doing it because he had an award in mind?

Whereas I may agree with your opinion, we have established that music has no standard as we cannot trust institutions tasked with awarding music. Therefore we have agreed that music is all opinion and taste, so imo when somebody attempts to get a rise out of you it is up to you to respectfully disagree with his opinion and move on.
