Plus Scrivens is a salary dump..

Anderson is injured so it won't hurt Oilers draft lotto. They Instantly get better next season.

Is bedford hills road high society now?

I'm in my 40's now. I lived there from 1973 to 1979. It was the woods then. Every summer we would get one or two black bears coming on the deck. All it took was for the BBQ to be lit.

Great place to grow up. Played a lot of hockey. I think they were called the Blues then. But far from high society. (frank) that's so funny.

In my time they only had chain link fence around the end boards and plexi up the sides. Bleachers on the left side of the rink when you came in. Scoreboard at the far end and lockers on the right side of the rink. only two I think.

They eventually addressed the heating issue, but it was never "i can chill in my tshirt" warm that it can be at some rinks. I only remember glass around the whole rink and there being 4 dressing rooms with a ref's room and a storage room. Scoreboard was in the same spot, updated twice that i remember.

The bleachers were still the faded blue and yellow and still in the same spot and were never updated. That was the last time i was in there though, and that's around 10 years ago now. They've got a "new" multiplex on Hammond Plains Road that has 4, if not 5 surfaces.

I remember our teams getting screwed over by not being able to hang our championship banners up "because of fire hazards", meanwhile, they didn't have to take down the old ones they still had up.

That's just a conjecture argument, who on this team should be played in a scoring role above Yakupov? Especially last year before we got Purcell?

He was scratched as punishment, his usage upon return clearly shows that. Gudreau was scratched as a learning experience, his usage upon return clearly shows that.

You mean conjecture arguments like "Yak would've done better under a different coach"?

Hall, Nuge, Eberle, and Perron had all indefinitely earned a scoring role over Yak and Gagner was likely on par (having just had his own career year). You keep coming back to this point, but Yak was consistently given PP time, easy opposition, and solid linemates (Gagner, RNH, and Perron as I stated in an earlier post).
