Strange fact: KISS cards smelled VERY different than sports trading cards. KISS cards had a distinct odor. They smelled like a factory or something.

He really is a cornerstone defenseman. He may not be Shea Weber but that's ok - he just seems to be an anchor. Maybe a more mobile Darien Hatcher?

Th biggest thing 'Peg fans will always be disappointed about with Myers (IMO) is that he's a wussy. Zero mean streak and when he tries to be mean he pushes it too far and gets a penalty.

I just pulled up a few videos (fighting and otherwise). What jumps out at me is that Bogo does everything aggressively.

I liked him as well. We still don't know how this will all play out but the further we get away from that trade the more I like it. If I can trade mid-level prospects and lower first round picks for cornerstone players I'll do it all day long.

I liked him as well. We still don't know how this will all play out but the further we get away from that trade the more I like it. If I can trade mid-level prospects and lower first round picks for cornerstone players I'll do it all day long.

So far Bogo has added somethign to the defense we havent seen in a long time. an all around player that is aggressive.. I am anxious to see how Kane does next season. But i really like the direction of the team, aggressive, big and hard, hitting with some skillz.

I think the bit that we sacrificed in potential scoring abililty and the slight difference in skating is more than made up for with the physicality that Bogo plays with. We needed a guy like that desperately and so far, he's fit the bill. Unfortunately, we're going to have to deal with him probably missing some time each season due to him playing that style game. But Myers used to miss time every year too, so it's not a huge dropoff there either.

I think they can tell in practice who is good at breakaways and who is not. After all, the guy is 2 for 2.
