What about this guy?
- chimpira
I couldn't decide which position to put him at and then I remembered Liles not knowing what a power rack was. |

58 is a complete monster in the gym. He's up there with a handfull of NHLers. Cammalleri, 87, Stamkos, 58, and crazily enough Danius Zubrus. Shea Weber showed up to training camp in 2013 at 6'4, 238 pounds, 4% body fat. Chara is a freak, too.
The NHL all-star no gym team:
Colby Armstrong - Sutter - Kessel
Matt Niskanen - John-Michael Liles
Honourable mention to proud Manchester Monarch Mike Richards. - Johnny Wrath
you can add chris stewart. Earlier this year during a fight his shirt came up and his beer belly was sticking out. If this list was from 2 years ago big Buff would have to be on there after he showed up to camp weighing 280lbs

I heard the seed that begat Weber was Bill Clement's mustache. - Johnny Wrath
It was actually Shea Weber's playoff beard. It is the only known entity that Shea Weber answers to, and willingly allows it to attach itself to his face as it wishes. |

Okay, hockey fans. (frank) it. Fill out the No Gym All-Stars lineup. Just make sure you double shift Kessel. |

Have I ever mentioned how appreciative I am that Shea Weber is not a Flyer? |

Great point. Elias too. His longevity is because he's inhumanly strong.
Has anyone forgotten the Lindros trade in this whole 'superstar trades never work' premise?

Best player in the game doesn't go that many games w/o scoring. Just cant.
Sid is supposedly better than all of those guys you list.
I guess I'm the only one who still has high expectations of him and is tired of making excuses for him.
Relative to his past performance and also his contract, he aint cutting it. Period.
And no I'm not singling him out for the teams funk. Just sayin he deserves to be somewhere on the blame list also. - 87_71_11_29
it just bothers me that the "24" games stat is being thrown around like Sid is totally invisible. Just trying to give that "24" stat some context is all.

The guy with the most appalling practice and training regime allegedly was Terry Sawchuk.
Edit: Gump came out of retirement to play net for them, retiring at 44. I remember reading his biography somewhere. |

What you cant see in this picture is that he is impregnating a woman walking on the sidewalk right outside his gym just with that stare.... - nbartley9
I think you got it the other way around, she was pregnant until he looked at her like that |

I don't blame you.
Although I'm sad he's not a Flyer, I am happy that, for the forseeable future, he's stowed away in the Western Conference. |

MM's line suggestions
39-87-72
14-71-BB
13-16-23
17-40-17
Rationale, BB is either top 6 or nothing. |

He has 17 flanking Max on both wings? That would be an upgrade from Adams.
BB should be a top six by now but I'll be damned if Pittsburgh makes any long term plans around him.

Comeau on 4th line... swap him and Spaling and I'd be okay with that. Also guessing you meant you put Adams down there instead of two 17's (we all wish) |
