Miller is hurt. Maybe Vancouver could use a new goalie.

I said in the last thread, I think the real reason they traded for Enroth was to light a fire under Lethonen's ass, which it has so far but Enroth has looked like a scrub since the trade so idk if it gets them a run to the playoffs.

interesting to see if Lindy is the coach next year after they miss the playoffs this season.

I read for the last game somebody was saying Neuvirth gives up too many rebounds. I can't see games, so I don't know what it looks like, but Neuvirth Has had great stats as the true #1.

Neuvirth has looked great. Was at the game and he was outstanding.
That said I was shocked at the perimeter game Nashville played last night...maybe it was all the PPs they were on, but I didn't see a lot of dirty area play, when they threw it on net and played in front of the net they scored...not Neuvirth's fault.
For the life of me, I can't understand why TM hasn't had discussions with him for a contract extension...3 years at 2.5 - 3.0 seems about right to me.

What's the hurry? The guy has put together a nice little stretch. They'll move him in the next few days and he will be available after the season. So will 10 other guys just like him.

I just like the kid, he plays well, and the more you play him the better he gets.
I think there is something there with him that can get through the next 3 years while the pipeline matures with other G prospects.
Why risk losing him and take a chance on someone else...who will be a discard by their current team?
Unnecessary risk for what in return.
