You can never tell with them. I think they were stating it as if they were told by a source, but I don't know that they mentioned one.

That looked bad. That's for sure. Poor kid has gotten pretty beat up lately and managed to come back each time. Finally took one beating too many last night. He was one of the few reasons I've watched most of the season. Sad to see his year end like that.

I think the first is going to be completely off-limits as there is a fair chance they miss the playoffs. I'd also take the 2nd rounder as I think it adds to the off-season trade currency.

All depends on the return.

Watching Pysyk and McCabe play should be getting everyone excited over the D in the future.

Yes they are all young, but Bogosian, Ristolainen, Zadorov, Pysyk, & McCabe form a very good group of 5.

If you were to add one of Boychuk, Green, or Martin, you suddenly have a very good defense for next year and beyond.

Ruhwedel would be the 7th along with Weber.

That is strong.
