I'd rather use Kassian's 'accidental' swinging stick.

Kassian would become a local legend if that happens. We will have to add him to the ring of honor. |

Whoever gets the job of playing with the twins has to stay focused, but if Burrows or Kassian is moved to third line then they need to play the Ahole |

It is nuts that we are talking playoff strategies now when only 2 weeks ago we were talking about who we would take in the first round and if we can drop far enough to take Barzel or Strome. |

With Kane now out for 6-10 weeks, maybe, just maybe with where Chicago is in the standings, they make a trade with the Maple Leafs, sending a 1st round and a 2nd round pick to the Leafs for Kessel and Joki?

Couple thoughts.
1. What is the canucks biggest strength right now?
2. Is the team playing above what our roster looks like considering the injuries? |

Recently the feeling is that any day that ends with a "Y" is a good candidate for Tuesday. |

We should be discussing which overage off-the-radar crapshoot player we should draft in the 7th round
I nominate Yushiroh Hirano of Tingrsyds IF - 6' 200 lb, leading goal scorer in WJC Division 1B this year |

The Canucks biggest strength is young goalies. Lack, Markstrom, Eriksson, Demko...
Goalies have a lot of trade value though, right? Right??? |

As long as gillis isn't doing the trading.
I also think our goalies are doing the best right now. |

I vote Swede. We will need to replace the Sedins soon and JB traded Forsling so are short a swede right now. |

I think the team is not playing above their heads. I think they are just doing what is expected of them. Dorsett and Kenins hit. Matthias and Kassian use their size. Defence is keeping it simple. Goalies stopping pucks and point getters are getting points. |

Off topic, but I had to say this. I don't understand why the players in Toronto just don't play better and start winning games. I think the best way to say (frank) you to the media and fans is win games to lose ground on the draft order and then in the off season ask for a trade. It's not like if they start winning they might actually make the playoffs. |

Sutter sucks. Arguably he gets the easiest assignments in the league yet his points are no better then any other 3lc. I would keep Bonino and play him on the wing with Bo and a speedy winger with finish. - Linden_4_Capt
Easy Assignments? He has put up 12 goals as 3LC with basically AHL wingers. With the amount of injuries PIT has had to their bottom 6 forwards I'd say Sutter had done pretty good playing with minor league talent for much of the season. |

Very true nowhere near close enough to the playoff bandwagon just yet. Lots of hockey left. |

We have about 57 Swedish defence that didn't work out. I don't want another Sweden till his name is last name is Forsberg |

I disagree also. He isn't an upgrade over any of our centers. |
