He has the body size, so it depends now if he can play a 200 foot game. As you said how he handles the game in his own end and without the puck is what it will come down too.

I am not pushing for him to play NHL next year. What I am in fact saying is there is a big void on the forwards spot waiting for someone to walk up and take it away from Higgins

Any prospect making the roster is a bonus, who is not important. To give the team flexibility to move an older player for a pick and/or prospect tells you this team is doing the right things.
