We buy the rice noodles , and chop up a chicken . We use a chicken base for the broth add broccoli brown mushrooms cilantro basil . After noodled are cooked add them to the broth . After everything is cooked add jalapeño and been spouts . We also use the chile sauce and hossain ( sp )

I always use the Pho paste, and add a drop of soy and some Sambal Olek... it's a beaut

My dad took me for pho for the first time like a year ago. Everything about it was delicious until I started eating what I later found out was cow tendons. It was like chewing on a tire.

Broth and beef was amazing. But Im so Traumitised by the cow tendons I havent done it since.

Regarding the Sharp rumors, my roommate (we both live on campus at a uni near Chicago) has a friend that used to work with the Hawks, and he said that Sharps been kicked out a couple of times.... so take that for what its worth
