I feel Murray has a deal in place but Boston is looking to find something cheaper before they take the deal from him. We just need to hope that Beleskey and Atkinson go somewhere other then Boston.

Murray isn't gonna want some scrub just bc he's further along in his development... And mediocre prospects are what we'd get for guys like Mitchell, Neuvirth, Benoit, etc

CHI needs to address their cap issue, needs to build up depth, their top D pairing are both (if I remember correctly) 30+ now, Hossa is signed for an eternity and 2 extra firsts helps them extend their window, plus they get a legit 2nd line C (I'm sorry but Vermette ain't no 2nd line C) and a big, young Defenseman.

they are lucky enough to have two franchise players, they aren't going anywhere......everything else is expendable first, IMO.
