If he played any position but goalie there would be no question, so why might there be debate? If there is a market for him, deal him for what the market will bare. If they like him then try to sign him in July. If they lose out, big deal, sign another. He's 29 years old and has bounced around.

All I can say is they can't screw this up....no way.
You have to do whatever it take to get one of these top two players, if that mean firing the coach, I'm fine with it. Hire BOB off the street for all I care.

IDK, I think most teams didnt wait for the deadline, not sure how many buyers are left. Montreal traditionally doesn't overpay, Boston stated they wont trade their first. I think we have to hope that Tampa is looking to add, but they have so much depth, they might just stand pat. Most of the teams in the West already brought someone in. I'm worried everyone already has a seat, and when the music stops we will be left standing.

He is going to be a FA even if he's not dealt, so good chance he bounces around to another team when he's 27 to his 3rd team in July no matter what.
