Players like what?
A guy that is invisible more times than not.
Take the 4th and don't let the door hit him on the a$$ on the way out. - dadeadhead
A guy that will step up and fight a guy like Lucic to support his teammates. People did nothing but complain about how we were soft and no one would step up for Miller. We have this guy now and everyone wants him gone. |

I liked Flynn too. Thought he was a good piece on the 4th line for the future. But I bet there's plenty of others like him coming up through the system and with the contract limit, if you can get something for someone, I guess it makes sense. - HonkFortheGoose

I agree with some of this except that Peters was also terrible offensively in juniors unlike Lemieux who is playing really really well. Lemieux will be a much much much better player than peters could have ever dreamed to me - Smittyx36
I agree with that, but I was just trying to make a point. Guys that play like that, they project to the third-fourth lines. My point being, Lemieux would have likely been a great addition to this team, but I'm comfortable with the proven commodity. |

Does Peter think that we can just put a gun to Stewart's head to keep him here? He already turned down a contract (as per our insiders). And then he offers up Ott as a comparable? We didn't even offer Ott a contract as we didn't want him. |

We want him gone because he is a UFA. If he likes it here and we offer him a contract during Free Agency he can come back. Its not like we are wanting a guy with years on his contract out the door |

Murray would be dragged out to the streets and slowly killed with thumbtacks if he traded Girgensons...
he is the ONLY untradable person on this roster IMO - JVince11
Rasmus Ristolainen disagrees.

Lol just wanted to point out that petey was a terrible draft pick and an awful player and an even worse radio guy.

Peters scored 31, I repeat 31 goals his entire Jr career.
Lemeiux has 41 this year alone. - dadeadhead
I admit my awful mistake. I was under the impression he had pretty good junior numbers. Peters comparison redacted. |

He also put us 2 men short and it led to the 1st Panther goal.
