The two don't have to be mutually exclusive, though. Murray has stated he seeks input from his staff, including the coaches. Murray definitely has an idea of what he wants this team to look like, and he's willing to give up just about any and all assets to make that happen. It may be simply that Murray no longer lends much credence to Nolan's opinion as to how to build a winning team, if he ever did at all.

Well....kinda.....yes...... But I see real improvement next season. I am predicting a 6th place finish next season....
