Anyone know the list of guys on waivers that we could use to fill up roster spots?

Very disappointed with the value we got back. It's probably my fault after hoping we get a 1st for Stewart, a 2nd for Neuvirth and a 3rd for Mitchell

I'm not worried about value. They can sign in the offseason. Give them some playoff experience while we get to the ultimate goal.

I have to agree with that. Arizona scared the crap out of me with their trades.

I think you're expectations were way too high. Goalies notoriously get traded for a lot less than people feel they should. Factor in that they were looking at him as a backup and that decreases the value a bit more.

These were all guys that could walk away at the end of the season and that realistically shouldn't have been on the team next year anyway (except Neuvirth perhaps).

There was little market for that level of players. Stewart isn't highly regarded, goalies don't have value and Mitchell - while I like him - is little more than a fringe NHL player.

It didn't. It's a yes or it's a no. 19-0, or where they are right now.

If I like my sports teams to win and entertain me so what do you think my answer would be?
You seem bright, I don't feel I should need to spell it out for you.
But I will to spare the endless back and forth.
I would want my team to go out and win their remaining games.
If tanking is the only way that Murray feels that he can build a Champion, then he is certainly not the GM I need minding my favorite NHL team.
There are many other ways of doing so if you are a confident GM.

This is what our forward lines should look like tomorrow night.

1st line: Varrone-Ellis-Dalpe
2nd line: D'Amigo-Hodgson-Irwin
3rd line: Foligno-Larsson-Deslauriers
4th line: Carrier-Schaller-Catenacci

healthy scratches- Moulson, Gionta, Ennis

On paper Arizona still hasa better roster, but that could not mean much.

Tank Bowl I- 3/26

Tank Bowl II- 3/30

Those are going to fun games!!

Yeah I was looking through it with my homer glasses. Just feel like Murray hastily traded away everyone.

Name me three teams that have done it using those "other ways" in the last decade.

It's going to be like watching a monkey fvck a football.

Combined SOG for both teams and games doesn't break 50.

Most of the deals came down pretty close to 3, so I don't think that's the case at all. I think that was just the going rate.

Not really. Other than Detroit I can't think of a team that won a Stanley cup that didn't have a few top 3 drafted players on their roster

So you would rather win 19 meaningless games to be entertained for a few hours instead of having a player potentially better than we've had in decades.
