I will say this Larsson had surprised me a bit the last couple games.

We should probably get a look at him within the next few games, could be it's the last time we will see him in a Sabres uniform.

I'd hope he'd at least get a little bit of time. He's busted his ass, and deserves a reward for it. And if his hard work pays off in how well he plays, I want him on the roster regularly. He's one of a select few that I just would hate so see go.

Luongo injured. Montoya in. Montoya injured but battling thru with difficulty. FLA goalie coach Rob Tallas dresses as back up, on bench now.

Was injuried and only played 1 game since in Rochester. Sounds like a good faith move to call him up let him get conditioning and play him when he's ready to go.

I tried to pay attention to him too. He can create space and hold on to the puck, but no finish. He needs to work on shooting. And, of course, punching people in the face.
Nice to see Foligno didnt break himself off in that fight.

I could easily see him as a RW later. We certainly have room for him as a C as of now. Obviously that will change when the kids full up the roster, but I really want him to get a proper chance in the top 6 before we make any decision on him.

Larsson is better than what a lot of people give him credit for. He scores at a point per game level in the AHL but every time he gets a call up he's put the forth line with Kaleta and McCormick and given only 6 minutes of ice time.

He definitely got some ice time tonight. At least he seemed to be on the ice often to me.

I think we've overlooked the Oilers tank. At least the yotes and sabres get shots on the net, they have 4 Seems to be a trend with them as of late, which seems odd, I mean I know Hall is out, but on paper they have plenty of offensive talent to at least get some shots on net, but they're 2.21 GPG is pretty bad. Defense and goal tending can only be a scapegoat for so long when your much more talented offensive weapons aren't even trying to get shots, let alone goals.

I figured they would be bad this year, but lose games b/c they gave up too many goals, not the other way around.

Sharks up 3-0 on the canucks. 3 goals on 4 shots in a bit over 4 minutes. Someone misses Ryan Miller.
