The "system" doesn't seem to prevent Pacioretty from scoring.
- Scabeh

Most of the NHL teams play a defensive system.

Sekac was just a whinning little (frank) that exptected 1st line minutes having never ever played an NHL game and what he brought just didn't fit in with what the Habs needed.

Fans are gonna be fans and whiiiinnnnnne whinnnnnneeee whinneneeee

Two of which were against the Toronto Tire Fires and Columbus with their backup in net.

I suppose you will have to forgive me for not drinking my allotment of Kool-Aid and questioning if moving an offensive guy for DSP on a team that already struggles to generate offense was wise. In the past week all indications point to, no.

- nords21

How many points was Sekac generating for the Habs?

I rarely miss a game. And I stayed up late to watch both of the Californian matches and they were not indicative of how the Habs have played all year.

Didn't see a single minute.

That said, I put on the radio last night and heard Beauchemin scored. I promptly fell asleep right after.

I kind of did the same. But instead of the radio, I went to the Gamecenter site and checked, saw Beauchemin scored, and fell asleep right after.

Sekac did all the work on the game winner, how does that feel. Sekac already has three assists and is involved in the offense. Therrien never used this kid right and will prove to be a costly trade. Sekac played a couple shifts with Getzlaf and Perry in his second game and I bet that will be is spot in the near future. He is a pretty nifty playmaker and will fit nice. I am a Habs fan but this trade sucks.
