From Ek:
Based on what I've heard this week, it sounds like we could be in for a repeat of what happened last year with Matt Moulson. If you recall, Moulson was traded from Buffalo to the Minnesota Wild last March and then promptly returned to the Sabres in the offseason as an unrestricted free agent. It sounds like goalie Michal Neuvirth, now with the Islanders, may take a similar course of action after the season and re-sign with Buffalo.
More to come....
Seems like a stretch with the comments he made... |

One more twitter update - On McCabe and Pysyk
Rob Sanderson @RSandersonWHTK 8m8 minutes ago
#Amerks D Jake McCabe (upper) will be reevaluated Thu. Cut Wed by shoulder pad ... head hit the ice hard. "It's pretty serious," says HCCC.
Rob Sanderson @RSandersonWHTK 4m4 minutes ago
Pysyk undergoing tests following Sat collapse during bball shoot-around. Doing well w/evaluations but cause unknown at this point. #Amerks - TheSabresTaco
Wow... so now the Sabres top 2 dman prospects have been lost to injury in the past week...crazy! Hope they both recover by next season.
As for da Bills....I hate that Whaley gave up Kiko who will now likely become that all pro mlb that fans hoped he'd be for the next 10 years...except it will be for the dang Eagles. |

captain checkdown matt cassel will go for his 5 - 10 yard pass - gerbe75pts
Elite QB's don't fall from the sky.
They looked at the field and decided Cassel was the guy they wanted as a backup to compete with EJ. Right or wrong it's the choice they made.
You being angry and pissed off isn't going to change it. in the end your opinion matters to exactly jacksh!t to them.
You say I'm sure Bowe wants to be back with this bum QB. Well the fact is that bum QB gave Bowe his best seasons as a pro.
Lay off the sugar and microwaved chicken. Go find a nice SoCal girl that can cook and likes to put out(make sure you wrap it) or find some other release, as lately you've been wound to tight. |

I could care less about bowe we don't need him ... We drafted a WR without having a QB I was happy with the trade at the time but now it looks like a waste |

Ennis is a great complimentary player and will fit in perfect with Colorado's style. Grigs was a 1st round pick. Them two for O'Reilly and a 1st isn't an overpayment, IMO. Though Colorado would be asinine to not want a D prospect/player as part of a bigger deal. - DynamicThreads
I'm a firm believer that the team that gets the best player wins the deal. ROR is a drury-like player. As you said Ennis is nice and Grigo is an unknown. |

I'm not much for Sushi, and living in Southern California it's almost sac-religious. But I could definitely see how the way that everything transpired it would be unnerving. I always thought he would come back or even sign an extension if he wasn't traded, but then some shred of belief was diminished when Neuvirth made those comments. |

Nice to see you completely ignored the last part.
We do not dictate the outcome of how a team is run.
B!tching and moaning about it isn't good for your health.
You need to loosen up or you're gonna die young from a heart attack.

I think the rb position could have been adequately addressed via free agency and/or the draft...and at a lot cheaper salary which helps keep the door open for more signings.
People point out Bradham's play and the emergence of Brown making Kiko tradeable...I don't buy it. I didn't see anything great out of Bradham last year...Brown was a nice surprise as a rookie but I think Kiko was much better than both. |

Rex is going to bring in his own guy.
Right or wrong it's what is going to happen.
If reports are true Rex wanted Kiko gone from day one.
IMO we have to let this play out before we all just freak out.
We're 6 months away from the start of the season.
Plenty of time for change. |

The D as a whole was better than last year. Kiko never played. Kiko is a good young player. But people need to slow way down on the all-star, game changer talk.
