So are the Sabres going to try and convince 25 that how they handled his development in the last 3 years were just a fluke, and try to resign him as part of their long-term plans? Will he and his agent want to be part of this organization? All this back-and-forth nonsense, playing on the worst team ever, while guys who are cemented AHLers get called up ahead of him has got to be demoralizing.

Leave him up here for the rest of the damn season!

It's absolutely shameful how this organization has treated this kid. I hope he tells the Sabres to go (frank) themselves this off season.

Grigs = how Calgary handled Baertschi. Has he demanded a trade yet? Too early to say he is a bust, but this yo-yoing wouldn't be likely to endear him to re-sign either. Take a 2nd for him?

It'll end next year either way. He's either dealt or up with the sabres. I imagine if they plan on keeping him they'd give him decent minutes and some powerplay time.

pretty sure they were looking for stability when they sent him to Rochester...that and a bit of sheltering from the impending train-wreck

They've got a lot of open slots on the right wing, if they can't find the big names via trade they could put him there for a while to see what he's got.

I feel like the decision to start him in the nhl right away was one to just appease the fan base given where he was ranked all year.

Talented players are tough to play against. If he's as good as advertised Murray will at least give him a shot.

From what I've seen of the two, Grigorenko is more talented than Armia...

Looks like Tyson Strachan will replace Nikita Zadorov in the Sabres' lineup.

Yeah, seriously. I'd rather the Devils or friggin Flyers take that last spot than the Bruins.
