I'm not angry with Nolan for the dismal season. My dislike has nothing to do with his wins and losses.

My dislike has to do with his decision-making during the season, the way he handles players, his apparent inability to serve as a part of a management team. He has been a "my way or the highway" type, and I sense he loses track of who the boss is.

Sure Nolan has some valid points but again this falls under the mismanagement of Grigorenko from day 1

I hate Harrington. But the point of my post was to demonstrate that Nolan wasn't the only one to think Grigs deserved a demotion. I watched him the other night as well and it was pretty clear he lacked the urgency to stay up on the 2nd line. I sure as poop didn't mistake him for Girgensons. He made a few nice plays but I just didn't see the overall effort. I want the kid to succeed as much as the next guy. I hope he learns from this and starts putting in a full 60.
