Is it because of a " cap issue" as to why CC is dressed over Manning?
If not... Why won't they give Manning a chance? He has played well when called upon. The guy just hasn't had a shot and is a better player than CC

Manning has not been on the team until recently. It has everything to do with it. You signed the guy for depth, now you need it. It's his spot.
