For number 2, if they do get NO'Reilly, I'd almost rather wait through the entire upcoming season before trying to get a RW or winger via trade. Reason being, I doubt they make the playoffs next year, and if they don't, they could wind up with a top 3 pick with the new draft lottery rules. I'd wait to see how the 2016 draft order sorts out before trading for another winger. You could get lucky in the 2016 draft.

For number 3, I'd like them to sign both Green and Martin, to high dollar short term deals (3 years max). That would be a big improvement on defense.

Before the Jets cut receiver Percy Harvin, the teams to watch for his services were the Packers, Chargers, and Patriots. But then the move happened, and the Bills moved quickly to bring him to Buffalo.

The two-day visit ended Thursday. Per a source with knowledge of the situation, Harvin is now taking some time to plan his next move. Some have suggested that a visit to the Patriots will be happening. It could (and some would say it should), but it hasn’t been planned yet.

He has opportunities to take two more visits, and he’s contemplating whether to take them. Which obviously means he’s thinking seriously about ending the process and joining the Bills.

The upgrades the Bills are making have both created buzz and made the team better, a rare situation in which offseason moves serve both a business and a football purpose. Signing Harvin would be the latest acquisition that makes the team both more compelling and more competitive for 2015.

I think it's because Spiller isn't seen as a premier runner. He's an east-west guy, and unless you're Shady McCoy (or Adrain Peterson I guess) it's going to be challenging hooking onto a team as a back up. Backups are your north south guys.. the ones who can take a beating on the 3rd and 1 plays. CJ is not that guy at all. Which is why he was only offered 4.5. SD lost Matthews but they have Oliver, Woodhead and Brown. Brown is a pretty decent NS guy, Woodhead's your passback and it looks like they're grooming Oliver to be the head honcho. If Spiller goes to the Saints, I think he'd be taking the passback roll that Pierre Thomas had. Mark Igram's their feature back. Dallas could look at him too to be a 1A 1B with McFadden, their OL is pretty damn nice which will allow any back to look more superior than he really is.

I think Harvin is reluctant to sign in Buffalo because of Woods, Watkins, and Hogan. Harvin can't afford to become Mike Williams.

Hogan is a change of pace receiver. He's a nice, cheap piece that can get a team 4-500 yards in a season. Max.

I would agree but he has never ran behind the kind of line the Cowboys have, nor has he been on a team with a good QB...not to mention the WR's and TE's.
