Donald Trump will be the first president to not have a James Bond film released during a president's term in office since the inception of the Bond films in 1963 when JFK was in office.

It's not flawed.
It's still a single term whether it was for a full four years or not. However, since you are mentally unable to suss it out for yourself, the "ONE-TERM" circle actually represents the presidents who were serving when the term ended (regardless of length), and had lost reelection to serve a second term. Which is why there are other presidents not included besides your example of JFK. Another obvious example would be William Henry Harrison, and his successor, John Tyler, who completed the Harrison's term but did not run for reelection. Also, despite neither being elected for president and vice president, Gerald Ford is listed because he completed Richard Nixon's term and ran for reelection in 1976, losing to Jimmy Carter.
It's not my fault that there is a lack of explanation for this contained in the image. But since you were the only one who has failed to recognize the representation of information that is being displayed, it appears most others have easily figured it out, leaving any such explanation as unnecessary, somewhat redundant, and perhaps even an insult to those with at least an adequate intelligence level.
PS: The one thing that may still be reasonable to launch a complaint about would be Grover Cleveland. However, while he did serve two full terms, technically he served them as two different presidents, the Twentysecond and Twentyfourth POTUS, respectively.
