Simply put saying something like this after a year of hearing about Kreider rolling through Price I would think you guys would be a little reasonable when it comes to protecting goaltenders. Honestly a double minor for a play like that IMO is warranted and given the fact you guys have lived through your goaltender getting run I would expect better from you guys.

Now give the first Tampa guy in the fight a 2 minute roughing, then 5 minute fighting.
Give the 2nd guy in the fight a game suspension for being the "3rd" man in. Plus a roughing.
Give the 4th guy in a roughing.

I'm sure there should have been more penalties, but I lost track....

Good plan. He'll lay out the options for you, detailing what it would cost you monthly to do nothing, to submit a debt proposal, or go bankrupt. You can then decide from there what makes the most sense for you now, and in the long-term.

That's good to hear. Sometimes it's just stressful having that debt hanging over you. A planner, or a trustee, or whoever you're going to see, will be able to shine some light on your financial situation and formulate a plan you can work with.

Oranges and apples. There is a major difference between a player skating half the length of the ice running into a goaler skate first and a check behind the net (Prust could have tried to dodge him so the 2 minute was surely warranted, but if you think Prust put much force into that hit, you should watch the replay again).

I've seen much lesser hits from behind get 2 for boarding, thus why I didn't even say a word about a 5 minute and a game type of boarding call. Prust still hit Bish in the back with more than enough time to avoid contact. Had Prust slammed through Bish honestly no way Bish would have gotten up much less stayed in the game. But again, when I see players getting 2 for boarding for lesser hits then it's hard to say this didn't deserve 2 for boarding when there was no "player turning into the hit" factor to give Prust any benefit of the doubt.

What I don't understand is why the Montreal D didn't join in to even up the numbers?

There was going to be a penalty bringing the faceoff into their own zone anyway, so there's no incentive in that situation for the D to stay above the circles.

This wasn't the same type of play as the Kreider play. Kreider has a history of barreling through goalies. The situations are not the same.

Go read the first few pages on the board and see more than a few posts about our guys not even giving Prust as much of a facewash in that "scrum". Hard to give Barberio (the first guy in the scrum) anything other than a butt warmer since he quickly found himself sitting on the ice

Ah, I see. So it's all anecdotal evidence that guides your interpretation of the rules? Because I've seen much WORSE hits result in no call at all. Thus, Bishop should have been given 2 for embellishing, fined $2000 because he's an asshat, thrown out of the game for his spearing attempt with this goal stick after he rolled over, each of the 3 Tampa players given 2 for roughing, and one also given a game misconduct for being the 3rd man into a fight.

Well if the Ref gave him 2 minutes for boarding instead of 2 minutes for goaltender interference, would you be okay with that ?

If a player accidentally clip a goaltender with a high stick, should he get 2 for goaltender interference AND 2 for high-sticking ? I'm not sure why do you think everything should be doubled ...
