The Habs will have to decide where he plays next season, WHL, or AHL. I would be surprised to see him make the jump straight to NHL - stinger67
i would like to see him go to the AHL. hopefully he can make the Russian junior team although that seems unlikely. |

I don't think he can go to the AHL other than conditioning stints. Though Julius Honka somehow got out of the CHL import deal, so the books been thrown out. |

He was loaned by his Finnish pro club to the Broncos, so when he signed his Entry Level deal it was as a member of Jyvaskyla instead of as a Swift Current Bronco, making him exempt from the CHL's deal, apparently.
Either way it royally (frank)ed our team. |

I think the rule is if the player turns 20 before December 31st of that year, he can play in the AHL
Scherbak's birthday is on December 30th, so he barely makes it |

He's been playing pretty well the last 2 games.
I guess he's tired of the popcorn. |

Wonder if Bergevin will find a way to unload that guy in the summer.

That guy's having a rough go of it lately. Aside from his crash-the-crease highlight goal, he's been a bit of a train wreck. |

Do you have an example of an underachieving frenchy top-6 winger with one more year left on his contract at about the same cap hit? |
