If your business is doing well, you're in a position of strength. Approach the interview more in a sense that you are interviewing THEM to see if it's worth it for you to work there, not the other way around.

If a normal person posted this, it would make sense.

Set your salary expectations high enough so that when you inevitably have to pare back your own clients due to lack of time, you're not losing any money overall. Plus, add a premium because you'll be home less with your family.

My favorite is job postings that ask you to submit salary expectations with your resume. They're basically asking candidates to eliminate themselves immediately so that they don't have to waste time reading your resume and scheduling an interview before finding out that your idea of "competitive salary" and theirs are about $25,000 apart.
