I get the exact opposite, a panel of 5-6 people representing HR, 2 VP's, a neutral person from another agency and usually 1-2 people who know (frank)all about the position or responsibilities. All get a vote...

To me the worse was Air Canada.

3-4 interviews, background checks, physicals etc.. The whole (frank)ing thing.

My Director didn't give a (frank) about qualifications ( Thank God). Recruitment dude does that.

He wanted to hire somebody that he'd like.. so we went for a couple of beers... and he hired me.

Either he was drunk or desperate or both.

Sounds like most of my dates.

They even had that hearing test where you sit in a dark room and they play sounds and you need to push a button when you hear it and in what direction. (frank)ing insane... I wasn't applying to become a (frank)ing pilot.
