I still see Phil Submitting a list bigger than 8 teams though.

True. And in a situation like we have in Toronto where both parties mostly likely want to part ways these deals will get done. If Phil's list is SJ, ANA, CHI, LA, NYR, MIN, STL, PIT then he's likely to be laughed at. |
