Not as heavy as before... They actually took away the % from the top 4 teams and dispersed it out to the rest of the field 5-14. If Leaf's finish 4th they would've had a 10.7% chance under old rules. This year a 4th finish gets you 9.5%...

I think another important change is that all 14 teams are eligible to win 1st overall, whereas before you could move up maximum 4 spots. It would be hilarious for a team to miss the playoffs on the last night of the season, and then win the lottery. |
