Hey I am with you anyone but the Leafs...but I just have a horrible feeling " something" will happen in their favour
Can't stand the team and their fan base - 3flyerkids
Toronto is the center of the hockey universe, just ask the good folks from the big TO, they'll tell you. When its comes time for the lottery drawing, the sheer magnitude of the gravitational pull of the center of the (frank)ing hockey universe will draw that magical ping pong ball to the Leafs. You know it will happen and you can't stop it. |

You can't put it past the Flyers to win out the last 6 useless games and pick 13th. |

Thanks for the write-up, Bill. I'm confident in the Flyers' ability to pick winners from the rookie free agent pool. Hopefully they get the players they target. |

4. But luckily all the games are against teams in or fighting for a spot in the playoffs. Except the Oil. But the Flyers have been known to lose on the road to bottom-feeders.
Edit: and the Canes. |

Should we expect to see any more kids come up to the big club to see what they are? Or any of the kids playing in junior when their respective seasons are over? |

I was watching college hoops so I didn't catch most of it. How did Cousins look?
Nice write up about the youngsters. Just keep beefing up that prospect pool. |

It's interesting how many centers are listed on the flyers roster on the NHL game center app. They have 8 flyers forwards listed as centers and that doesn't include Raffl and Bellemare who also sometimes play center.
Only Vorechek and Simmonds are listed as wingers. |

I thought the Cousins - White - Rinaldo line was fun to watch. They brought a sort of controlled chaos. They all got in on the forecheck and they did create some chances. You could tell when they were on the ice as some canucks seemed to be tentative with the puck as they knew they were taking the body first. |

I wouldn't be opposed to moving down in the draft if we can pickup another top 60 pick |

As long as you aren't moving the top 10 pick, I'm fine with that |

And a nightly sell out - nails
That's why sending McDavid to Toronto isn't a good bang for the conspiracy buck, unless they build a bigger stadium to cash in on the McD craze. Or make every game an outdoor affair in the Blue Jays' stadium. Not a lot of extra revenue coming from a town that's already completely and utterly in love with hockey. |

No way.
The only the NHL grows anymore is within American cities. Face it, the Leafs are terrible now and they still sell out. McDavid goes to Buffalo and establishes that market more in the Northeast.
Then you got Eichel or Marner going to Arizona with the likes of Domi and Duclair.
This is a perfect time to be a NHL fan. |

If that actually happened. I swear to god I would drop the NHL right then and there.
Because what they are doing right now seems so blatant its ridiculous. |
