10-6. I had Purdue as well.
All my Elite 8 teams are in. I have no idea what the appeal was about Iowa State. - buffalofan19

Patrick Kane
HEIGHT 179 cm / 5'10" WEIGHT 80 kg / 176 lbs <-his current weight today
A brilliant offensive forward, Kane stands out with his terrific vision and world-class playmaking skills. Is smallish, yet extremely hard to knock off the puck, since his stride is so unbelievably strong. He also has superb one-on-one moves and a deadly shot.
2006-07 London Knights OHL 58GP 62g 83a 145p 52pim +42 +/-
Mitch Marner
HEIGHT 180 cm / 5'11" WEIGHT 74 kg / 163 lbs
A dynamic offensive forward that backchecks hard and establishes his presence through playing smart, puck-possession hockey. A very quick skater gifted with great hands and hockey sense. Battles hard in all three zones and shows a willingness to do whatever it takes to get the puck to the back of the net; an unselfish player. Embodies the definition of a dynamic number-generating machine who makes the players around him better.

If anyone wants to watch some Eichel action the Hockey East semifinals are on NBCSN tonight (unless you live NESN territory). Vermont vs UMass-Lowell at 5 then BU vs UNH at 8. Should be some good games. |

The 18 more goals in 4 less games is a glaring thing to point out for Kane. Also only putting up 59 points last season has me worried a bit. |

I'm waiting to see what happens first, Tim Murray has a complete breakdown and fights Nolan on the bench, or the "home" fans start openly rooting for the away team and booing any good Sabres play. |

Has the NHL ever given even a pseudo-justification for having a closed draft lottery? I can take or leave whether Sabres finish 29 or 30; the odds are what they are. I get really irked by the closed-doors lottery though. I can handle losing out on McDavid if I actually see the lottery ball pop-up with a Leafs logo on it... But this summer when the Leafs vault over everyone to win behind closed doors, not one person will think that's a legitimate win. Not that the NHL cares, but you'd think theyd have the decency to construct a terrible lie at least. |

If we miss the top two, I think Strome is the pick. Murray prefers Canadians and thinks we already have too many americans so if he has any pull on it, Hanifin will not be the pick. Then I think it just comes down to size (which you can argue) but Strome and Marner have very similar statistics so really the gap is not large between the two.
Now excuse me while I jump out of a window

Kids develop. They continue to develop years after the draft. It's clear Marner has great scoring skill. It's certianly no concern of mine. |

I'm cool with Marner, Strome, or Hanifan. I think all 3 could be future NHL all-stars. I would trade Eichel for Strome and Hanifan. Its been 22 years since Mogilny scored 76 Goals in 77 games. No NHL player has scored more in a single season since. Not Gretzky, Not Lemieux, Not Ovechkin, Not Stamkos, Not Crosby, Not Kane.......Nobody!!!!! I just don't understand why he gets no consideration for the Hall of Fame |

This is (frank)ing stupid and based on a bullpoop rumor.
Too many Americans. What the (frank) is that. If you can play, you can play. He wouldn't even sniff management if he had a bias like that, preventing him from taking an American simply because he's American. |

Its not based on a rumor. He implied it in an interview. (im not going to give you a link) and I guess I should have said "imo"
He wants to build a mainly canadian team. Whats so crazy about that? |

He implied it in an interview. I'd absolutely love to hear the clip. He would have been torn asunder if MSM perceived him as having discrimination towards Americans. |

What's crazy about that. Are you insane. Maybe I should just build a white only fantasy hockey team and leave off PK Subban.
Maybe I should build a hispanic only baseball team and leave out Mike Trout.
Maybe I should build a black only football team and leave out JJ Watt.
This line of logic is beyond (frank)ed. Canadian only. What the (frank).
