So bc Corsi says the Rangers are average, the Rangers win a lot bc of fortuitous bounces and great goaltending and the gap between our good players and bad players is wide all bc of a dumb stat that tracks shots!! Not even goals...shots!!!

This is where these Corsi bumholes piss me off. They will say if the Rangers win the SCF they are just lucky, and if they don't they will say told ya so. It was weird, I wasn't really that upset after the loss to LA, more like drained. I think the Pitt series took it all out of me. Even my girlfriend was more pissed and upset about the SCF loss. She thought I was on something.

I didn't lose my mind when they beat Montreal because I knew they would. The Flyers series was closer than I thought it would be and Game 7 was intense. The Pens series was draining for obvious reasons.

The finals killed me because the Rangers were not given a chance, by almost anyone in the lame NHL media, and the Rangers gave them all they could handle. It was a short series, by virtue of games played, but four of the five games could have went either way. To lose three games in overtime is brutal.

I think he's going to learn a lot being around Mac. Be cool to see him get one of the NJD games or CBJ game just see to where he is at while Klein is still out. Some added defensive depth for the playoffs could be huge if he is included as one of our extra 5 for the playoffs

Never made it official although I have always been positive about Miller. Never had any doubts on his ability to be an important player for the Rangers.

Skjei will deinitely be one of the extras if not get in a few games during the postseason. Gord Clarke wanted him to turn pro at the start of the season; he felt he was ready then.
