If we (PLEASE) lose in Regulation tonight that would subtract 2 from Buff Lose, and Subtract 2 More for Arizona Win, bringing Magic Number to "4"

If we can lose to the LEAFS Wed, it would be "2"

Friday, Lose to Blackhawks "0" CLINCH!

I'm not saying we can lose these three in a row but it doesn't change the Magic Number being "8"

If we lose these three games in REG, We would have 4 games remaining, and could only tie Arizona, and we would Win the Tiebreaking on ROWS! Done, Got the T-Shirt, Take your 9 and go do some math....

This is where you're getting ahead of yourself. Everyone else is technically right. You're just assuming that we're going to lose tonight. If we don't, then the tiebreaker things gets a lot more complicated. So let's just not assume anything and go with the fact that it's currently 9.

the magic number is indeed 9 if the sabres would happen to win all seven games in regulation It would give them 1 more row than Arizona and would put them up 8 points

Arizona would have 5 games left if they won 4 in shootout (that would make the 8 points of the magic number( but we would be tied in points but the sabres would have +1 row and thus the sabres would win the tiebreaker and go ahead of them.

then if Arizona got one point the other game it would put them ahead of us = magic number 9

That being said if Arizona wins tonight in regulation we could not catch them in row so it would go down from 9 to 4
