Winning isn't the be all end all to some.

Can't get any more simple than that about this.

Murray and the way he went about this did nothing to help the way I feel about this.

The problem I have with everything he says is that he thinks that Murray was the one that did this. Murray came into it more than halfway through. Regier had started the tear down like a year and half before Murray was even hired. Trace it back to the Gaustad trade at the deadline. That was the beginning of it.

I don't know if he thinks that Murray is some sort of miracle worker, but he seems to expect Murray to build a mansion out of toothpicks. Isn't gonna happen.

Only way to get that is to tear it down and rebuild. Some will complain they liked the way it was and patch jobs were fine . In a way, it's the same as whats happening with the Sabres.
