yep. I had MFE for only pts of the season predicted already

So now we need mceichel to win a cup? This team lacks talent nor much else we could do. Maybe fans shouldnt have cheered for a loss... Or done it sooner and maybe we would have made playoffs.

Real defenseman, no more Mez, Strachan, Benoit & Hopefully Weber. Pysyk should've been here all season. Maybe McCabe too. Our possession stats sky rocketed at a ridiculous clip with Pysyk in the line up... probably a couple trades, surely one for goaltending. Girgensons back, Larsson & Grigo actually are beginning to show that they can play at this level. possibly Reinart, McD, Eichel, Strome or Marner on the team. Kane in the lineup. They won't be competing for last.

Yeah it sucks for the rest of the league that Crosby has won every cup since hes entered the league . We'd all love one of them but it's not the end all be all buffalo will never win a cup like most people are acting.

That scenario was without mceichel. Strome is not playing next year. we were still a bottom feeder even with pysk. So we win 5 more games with him and kane. That is still bottom 3

They won cups before Crosby. They won a cup with Crosby. They've won cups. We haven't. Period. If you aren't interested in Stanley Cups I can't imagine why you bother having a favorite team.

Seems to me like it would be either Gionta, Foligno, Hodgson or Grigorenko
I'd like it to be Hodgson, and I could see him getting 20goals again in that scenario

Agreed. I'm less concerned with the actual team minus McEichel and more dreading every jagoff reciting their stat lines the next decade. This wouldn't be such a big deal if we didn't make it this all or nothing campaign.
