I just don't see him playing in a non eastern time zone if the "lottery is rigged". To me it makes a lot of sense for mcd to be in buffalo. Eastern time zone, improving economy, solid fan base, close to the Canadian border. the Canadian dollar is weak which means it would bring more value to the league if they come to the U.S. to spend money

Also if you look back ten years every team that finished in last twice has won the lottery at least one time. But I would still take your scenario. I just want either one of mceichel.

It will be funny when Strome has a better career than Eichel. The gap between Eichel and Strome is closer than the one between McDavid and Eichel.

Strome has only increased his position this year. The kid is better than Reinhart and can do it all. Only thing i think he lacks is elite speed witch eichel has. I'm not hating on Eichel but lets not pretend that Eichel is right there with McDavid because he isn't. McDavid is more than a generational talent. He is the future of the League.

They're 7 points from 9th place Ottawa, I wouldn't remotely call that close to being out of the playoffs. It'd be great if they were, but they'll easily be in.

they have to lose out and Ottawa and Boston need to win out. It is highly unlikely they drop out of the playoffs. Its unfortunate because they aren't anything special. They will see a first round exit in game 6

I'd love that predicition. Not gonna lie I want McDavid the most by a lot. Eichel next and then Strome. But I'm not going to hate Buffalo and freak out and stop chearing for them if we end up with Strome. He will have a fantastic career and will still probably be the best player on offense for the Sabres.

One thing I see from the current Sabres is that there is no give up. This isn't the same suck sisters that didn't care about giving it there all every night. So its exciting to know that the roster next year will be much better filled with kids wanting to prove something.
