I never said you, but you do troll a lot here. Mainly talking about Rags fans who became fans last year. Most still don't know what icing is.
Anyway, how am I a troll for saying that Rags fans were hypocrites? They cried about Buffs crosscheck and still think Staal's was clean. I don't know how that's trolling. - znagle
What you did over there is probably more extreme than what I do over here 99% of the time. If someone starts insulting ill lash back thats about it. As far as Ranger fans just signing up recently they have a pretty long standing fan base tacked on to the usual bandwagon NY fan base which have gone back and forth btn the two teams since the mid seventies. In other words none of these guys on here just jumped on the band wagon though I wish I could say otherwise |

Until the Pens meet the Flyers head on in an absolute Donnybrook they will continue to lose. Scratching the one player on your team with the ability to play in these games was a great choice coach. Love it by Kunitz, step in the right direction. |

I want Hitchcock if he's available. - Johnny Wrath
I doubt it. Babcock is a more realistic option, but even he probably won't be available. |

So Perron is a 3rd liner now?
Pens played with some intensity, but I can't figure out how bottom 6 players for the Flyers look like 71 and 87 for the Pens. All day long. This is ugly and when the season settles there will be changes. |

Again, an average at best goalie looks like Patrick Roy and the Pens give up another goal to a poopty player (White). This is this team's MO.
We aren't making the play-offs folks. Not with this lineup.
David Perron needs to get dealt. People were female doging about sutter and his play earlier, well Perron has been worse the last month. I think his first few weeks, he was happy to be out of Edmonton, and who wouldn't. Now, he is playing like he is in Edmonton once again. - Oneonta Penguin
Mason has played great all year, believe it or not. He is 3rd, maybe 2nd in the league now with save %, and top 10 in GAA. And playing in front of that defense, that's pretty amazing. |

I missed it ... why didn't MAF play today?
Seems like it was almost a must-have 2 points for you guys. - FlyerGuy
Back-to-back games. Pens would have just lost 2-1 instead of 4-1 anyway.

Because the Flyers own MAF. - Johnny Wrath
a bit ... but MAF is certainly much more capable of a big momentum turning save than Griess is.
It didn't really matter ... this was the Flyers' playoffs, so they probably would have found a way to win.
See you guys next year for more Flyers-Pens madness.

I wouldn't leave Detroit, that system, and that organization for a petulant mess of a Penguins team. |

Not for those reasons. Perhaps if he were offered personnel management as well it could entice him to leave Detroit. Not saying it would have to be Pittsburgh either.

It seemed like the Pens struggled to find a coach till they settled on MJ last year, I doubt Babcock will be any different. |

No systemic defensive scheme. No reliable strategy on the boards. Strong tendency to allow the puck to be carried to the slot. Finally, likelihood of a player being left open in front of the net when the puck is behind the net. |

Okay kids. Go back to my 2013 'blow it up' thesis and tell me I'm still wrong. - Johnny Wrath
You're wrong.
You advocate constantly to trade one of the top defenseman in the league. Next you want to give the team over the a jaques martin type coach and play the trap.
No one wants to watch what you're preaching, especially when we have two offensive mega stars on the team.
You never present any real moves the Pens can make, you only mope around here saying this sucks that sucks.
Fact is this team has been decimated by injuries every year. Look at the talent we have side lined all the damn time.
We are blessed with top end talent and cursed with injuries. Same with Lemieux era, same thing now. We are never healthy. |

Babcock would have something like 4 seasons to cram 6 season's worth of development into 87, 58, 29, and 71 in order to make the team a viable threat. That's only the beginning of the check list. |
