It did get pretty brutal. I understood everyone having different angles though. We are all fans when it boils down to it and as fans we won't always agree on certain things but wether you were pro or anti tank at the end of the day we all love our boys in Blue an gold and that's all that matterd!

It's been a rough season, well, two seasons really... But getting one of these guys does end the "rebuild" and now we can start the climb back up the standings!

I like phil, Hard working dos what he needs to do, wouldn't mind seeing him on the 4th next year until we pick up more pieces to fill out our roster

Just wondering if anyone knows the answer to the following questions - "what was the extent of Girgs injury? Is he officially done for the year? I must have missed the announcement in the mainstream press and this forum.

I personally hope he is done for the year, even if we do wrap it up tomorrow night. He is far too important to the future than getting in 1 or 2 meaningless games in this year.

I've heard him multiple times talk about how he's had conversations with other GMs about young goalies they have, that are either splitting time or backups.
He said he'll revisit those conversations in the offseason.
Sounds to me like he's gonna try to bring in a goalie of the future for us.
Likely targets?
Allen, Vasilevskiy, Gibson or Andersen, Jones...
Possibly even Subban or Fucale
Maybe even Bernier, although he's 26, that might be the upper limit as far as age goes

I think McDavid definitely will.
It is possible Reinhart starts in Rochester.
Larsson was an oversight. Maybe he fills a spot on the wing in the top9?
