I knew they were going to lay a big egg tonight! They look like a bunch of desperate hacks with no puck skill. - MnGump
Top line looks like they've never played together before. I'm done with Granlund |

No, we owe it to the Avs fans that have to sit at home and cry all April/May. Don't worry, your team will one day be respectable again kiddo. - Tweaterben

Granlund is good.
For the third line.
Same story this year. We need a first line C. We need a solid d-man that is both talented, and will mug mother F-ers around the net. Suter needs to be off the PP and lessened minutes so that he is actually effective. What a lazy dude. "Conserving energy"
We need to miss the playoffs so yeo gets fired. I just can't stand the vet favoring. Dude your PP sucks, change it. |

Agreed, agreed, agreed. Yeo isn't going anywhere, even if they miss the playoffs somehow. |

It's a total hack and slash fest. The entire team looks like a bunch of newly born fawn. Guys falling, fumbling pucks/passes/shots, turnover after turnover and errant pass after errant pass.
Hard to believe a (frank)ing 4 day break can completely dismantle an entire team. Dubnyk the only one playing well. |

Yeah, your probably right. Eh, who knows. Maybe it will pay off in the end. Don't want to give up on a guy too early, I guess.
Not that i have much faith.

They've been flailing away like this for a couple of weeks now. Possession numbers, shots allowed have all been trending the wrong way. I think this team has worn itself out getting back into the playoff hunt. Might be best to miss the playoffs rather than get swept in the 1st round |

Yeo is a good coach, I just don't think at this point in time he is a good enough coach to led a team to the Cup. |

Right. Might have been better to let him grow with a young team, instead of going into all-in mode. I'm just scared we have all these vets, but it isn't going to be good enough. Meanwhile, we have no draft picks, and the worst AHL team in the league. |

Although the Jets got away with absolute murder tonight, Wild looked utterly pathetic!
Every team has rough patches, but three bad performances in a row with a playoff berth on the line is completely unacceptable. This game needed to be played like a playoff game and the Jets came out and played it like a playoff game while once again the Wild thought they could just show up and win... Apparently.
This just can't happen and shouldn't be acceptable for ANY playoff team.
Carter, Haula and Prosser need to go back to the Press box tomorrow.
Carter has been garbage since his return and Prosser not much better. And neither has seen much ice time in the actual line up anyway! Why the hell play Prosser if you're only going to give him 5 (frank)ing minutes of ice time?! I mean seriously!
I welcome back Cooke tomorrow. I'd also like to see Nino moved off the second line and maybe put Fontaine or Schroeder up there, or maybe even Cooke. He's been marginal at best lately. |

Rather see Schroeder in. Wouldn't mind seeing him on that 2nd line, and Cooke on the 4th. But he better bring the physicality, becauseit looked likehe thought checking was against the rules this year. |

I don't disagree, but he's a seasoned vet and this Line up needs a fresh face right now. |

I completely agree, Yeo needs to stop favoriting are "Top guys" on the PP. Obviously they don't do crap and need to realize it. I am scared for the playoffs if Yeo thinks that is the best route for our PP, something needs to change. Bring in Torterella! |

I agree with that too. Why is Schroeder scratched and Haula gets a pat on the back just because of his play a year ago? Doesn't make sense. And I hate to bring it up, but where is the captain in all of this, why is he unable to light a fire under his team? Leadership is the only solution to these kinds of situations... |

Carter likely needs a few games to get back up to game speed. He did miss significant time. I think Cooke and Zucker will as well but Zucker will probably be the one to get back up to speed the quickest.
I think the Wild just needs to play a faster game and not necessarily just skating. They don't move or shoot the puck fast enough to get the defenders out of position or to take advantage of shooting/passing lanes. I thought the Jets deserved a lot of credit for doing that last night. Shots and passes came very quick and more then once it just looked like they put the Wild in a precarious position defensively. Also, when they defended they were right on top of the Wild players. There wasn't a lot of time and space to make plays. |
