We have one. Raffl. He scored 21 so far this year despite poor usage, illness, and injury with no real PP time. - Flyskippy
If he's been used so poorly, how did he manage to score 21 goals? |

This! Its working w/those three together. Problem is... Read isn't a top 6 winger and Schenn isn't better than Simmonds (RW). So could B Schenn play LW w/Couturier at center and Simmonds at RW.? If so, you need a top line LW w/a third line of Raffle, Laughton, and Read. I like that lineup. Its not bad at all. - pbizz1e
Read most certainly is a top 6 winger. He was hurt and played through it. That should never have happened with a high ankle sprain. He was nigh-useless out there.

He sure has. Tough for a guy with 2 left hands and a missing torso to score 21 goals. |

Steal Brindy back from the Canes and make him strength coach/assistant coach. Maybe he could fix the PK while he's at ti (see ya Lappy). - Feanor
Was listening to the game last weekend and they mentioned that Brindy actually played more games in Carolina than in Philly. For whatever reason, that fact made me irrationally angry. |

OT, but I'm really hoping that Calgary makes it. My ideal scenario in the WC is Winnipeg falling apart and LA sneaking in, but I'd love to see them try to make some noise vs. Vancouver. - jmatchett383
(frank) that, let LA and Pittsburgh fall so that Ottawa and Winnipeg make the show.
Let Bettman choke on trying to market that. Tired of the same teams being shoved in our faces.
Not going to happen but a Jets vs Sens final would be hilarious. |

Both Raffl and PEB have been nice finds for whoever does the pro scouting in Europe right now.

I just like LA. Love Brown, Doughty, and Kopitar. Still a Mike Richards fan (I guess he could be a Black Ace this year). |

With an expanded role and better linemates, I feel like PEB's got 15+ goals in him, just based on what we've seen. |

He should have been given a chance in the top 9. Everyone got a chance except him.
I feel like Chief has a mindset of what he thinks a player is and doesn't deviate from that. |

No worries on my end. I would just love a really fresh take on the playoffs, and finals if possible.
Hell give me a Nashville and Tampa final. |

Richie was called back up a couple weeks ago, he's just been scratched in April.

I just want to know what about Couturier's skating makes you think he can keep up with Read or Voracek?
That isn't me bashing him, it is a legit question.

With their loss in Edmonton last night, the Kings are on the outside looking in. I think they are toast. |
