Seems like you're just looking for an argument with this.

No worries on my end. I would just love a really fresh take on the playoffs, and finals if possible.

Hell give me a Nashville and Tampa final.

- flyer_nutter

I'll be happy with a Nashville/Chicago WCF (assuming Kimmo's playing in 50%+ of the games). In the East, I'd like to see Montreal make a run. Gonna be hard with Max out.

With their loss in Edmonton last night, the Kings are on the outside looking in. I think they are toast.
- PLindbergh31

Probably. I know it's definitely not looking good.

If he's been used so poorly, how did he manage to score 21 goals?
- MJL

Because God made it so.

I just want to know what about Couturier's skating makes you think he can keep up with Read or Voracek?

That isn't me bashing him, it is a legit question.

I really hope the NHL doesn't nix the shootout for relays

Probably leight, but: Flyers must trade Giroux and Voracek

They play Calgary next so they aren't done yet.

They are a pretty good team when their backs are against the wall

Who cares about keeping up? He's been able to get zone entries and end shifts in the Offensive zone despite starting under 30% of his shifts there. Did you miss the way he & Read, now healthy, used the give-and-go to exit their zone and enter the Pens zone?

Foot speed is not an issue. He's "kept up" with Matt Read for two plus years now.

I would say your reply is looking to do that. My question was a rhetorical question that makes a simple point.

Read most certainly is a top 6 winger. He was hurt and played through it. That should never have happened with a high ankle sprain. He was nigh-useless out there.

12-28-17
24-14-93
52-49-42
78-25-76

works for me. Now address the D.

- Flyskippy

Not sure I agree w/the third line. And not sure a line w/Giroux and Simmonds works at even strength.

Bettmann would be over the moon with that matchup.

Gives room to market new teams that's for sure.

That's true. I thought when Giordano went down, Calgary would go in the tank.
I love Giordano. Most underrated player in the NHL imo.

There are some valid points, but I don't think they need to blow things up that much.

What bothers me is Marcus Hayes has always crushed Hinkie for blowing things up but now he's advocating the Flyers do the same thing.

I hate him. Such a banana eater

Lol. That last statement sounds racist with the filter

3rd line is where tinkering can happen. Much cheaper than trying to land a top LW when we already have one. Raffl is quite capable as a two-way player.

I remember a few years ago when Calgary was selling, in particular the year they gave away Bouwmeester. Would have been a great time to bring in Giordano.

Whats done is done I suppose.
