In all seriousness though Rinaldo has been playing some pretty darn good hockey lately. Not sure how long that will last but it's worth mentioning

Yeah, though it's only matter of time before his inner stupid resurfaces.

I don't understand.....why bother with the pretense of a goaltender with nets that large?

I was just re-watching old episodes of "It's Always Sunny".....such a great show.

It's like Seinfeld, but if everyone on Seinfeld were 20% dumber and total alcoholics.

- johndewar

I think always sunny is the funniest show ever. Its so well written, the chemistry between the cast is great, the cast alone is fantastic. My all time favorite show.

He definitely has a certain aura to him. I don't know what it is but his presence on the ice and the bench just always seems to be positive

I kinda think Ryan White's goal output is a bit of an anomaly, but I like the way he plays. He plays tough, seems to have a bit of skill, and doesn't take dippoop penalties on the reg.

No.

They don't play those on ice with a small rubber disc.

I was just rewatching old episodes on Netflix because I was caught up on some of my other shows. Charlie Day is a genius.

I agree, good character player, plays the game the right way, and has some skill. Good solid 4th line player, that can move up if needed.

It's kind of a cool idea. It needs a lot of tweaking (Maybe a bigger ball or smaller nets, no goalie can stop anything as is). It'd have to be more like soccer on ice with sticks. But a rink that size opens up a game to be played in soccer-sized stadiums with crowds of 60-80k every game. I don't really like it, hell I don't even like how big international size ice is, but it's a cool idea.

I think it is going to come down to keeping Vandevelde and White. I prefer White because I think he brings some intangibles to the team that Vandevelde doesn't. I like the swagger he brings. Not sure if it is swagger but just seems to bring an attitude that can be infectious.

No doubt. I think a lot of his problem comes from when he does start bringing the stupid he never seemed to be punished for it in terms of game action in the past (by the team). He has played a lot better after he was benched for a number of games after his suspension ended. Maybe some negative reinforcement by the Flyers is the key for him. It's just a theory. You certainly can't question his heart and desire to be better.

Yeah, they do shoot some in Philly.

I loved the one where Mac was gonna pretend to jump off the Strawberry Mansion bridge.

I think about that scene everyday when I drive under that bridge.

They all are. I heard at one point that they do a lot of the scenes ad lib. And I 100% believe that just watching the scenes you can kinda tell which ones are, and which ones aren't. Best cast in a comedy show, with seinfield right behind them.

(frank)in A that made me laugh. My mom loves those shows... absolutely ridiculous and I have no clue how anyone would ever enjoy watching them. That's todays modern American society for ya

why anyone would want to be a goalie in this (frank)ing sport is beyond me. there's really no purpose. just put a garbage can there. will be just as effective.

i know you've loved it since we were kids. but i don't know why. it reminds of intramural floor hockey at wayside school with those horrible candy cane plastic sticks and giant nets.
