Im not really a fan of the teams, but (frank)ing good for the Sens, Flames and Jets.

Making this playoff push an exciting time.

Hope LA and Pittsburgh fall into the abyss.

I think the Pens might have to make some changes...
Too much jam $$$$$$$ on 3 players. 1 who is classified as best in hockey but is a Butthole.1 who looks like Frankenstein and is always yelling at his players and also is a butthole.. And the other poor Dman who has more injuries than Lindros..
Looks like butthole 2.. Franken-Malkin should be moved.
Ahh.... Poor Pens

Hopefully the Rags, haven 't clinched the top seed in the East and pretty much the Presidents Trophy, have themselves a little letdown vs the Sens. This will hopefully be followed by a Isles regulation over the Pens.

Assuming the above happens, here is my Flyers lineup for game 82:

SG: Ron Hextall
BG: Neil Little

D: CC-Manning
Lauridsen-Alt
Random peanut vendor-Ed Van Impe

Forward Lines:
VDV-Bellemare-Vinny
Rosehill-Cousins-Rinaldo
Stortini-Gordon-Jones
Steve Coates-Clarkie's dentures-Jsaq

GO SENS!!!

What a (frank)ing season:

*Voracek in the art Ross race

*giroux not far behind

*mason playing lights out

*Mark Streit's second assist of the game gave him 50 points on the 2014-15 season; the last Flyers defenseman to reach that milestone was Chris Pronger in 2009-10.

*two wins from the most wins at home since 2000-2001

*MISS THE PLAYOFFS

I'm not reading Chris Stewart as being a top 10 to 15 UFA anywhere. Even Mike Fisher is making lists ahead of him. I think this is good news if it's possible to bring him on board at a reasonable price.

http://www.sportsnet.ca/h...ke-green-justin-williams/

From my understanding Wayne Simmonds and Chris Stewart are not only good friends but went over seas together specifically with the idea of playing on the same team. I think he'd add much needed toughness and grit to this line up that I find lacking. His scoring touch isn't what it once was but he's never been on an overly offensive team. While Ryan has done a pretty good job in replacing Simmonds on the first unit of the PP, I think Stewart would be a nice addition to our pretty pathetic second unit. Stewart has also seen time on the left side in Buffalo if need to anywhere within this line up.

A 27 year old Chris Stewart is a guy I'd really like to add at a reasonable price.

I still like Zach Kassian who is newly 24 years old in a bottom 6 role in the right deal. I'd really like to see this team get bigger and tougher to play against.

I like him too. I think in the right role he can be a productive player like Matt Beleksy and Maroon do for the ducks. Beleksy is a FA too but I think he will cost more.

This team would be in good shape if they even won half they games they took to OT and/or played relatively ok hockey against poopty teams this season would have a different look.

They could still make it, but I do not believe the Kings will be defending their title

Yup. An 8-18 record in OT/SO and 22 games scoring 1 goal or less really tells the story.
