I think he's a Sens fan.

With a morbid fascination for pointless arguments.

or he's prock, talking to himself.

No, he definitely roots for the Sens. It's just sometimes I think the only reason he is actually on the website is so he can argue with people.

Actually, Prock isn't that bad a guy. I let him out of our bet that the person with the team who finishes with lower points has to delete his account. I offered him to donate to my GF's charity drive and he obliged. And, chatting with him throughout the year over DM he's actually a real human being. But, definitely a troll as well

No, I know he's alright, we are talking about doppelgänger who is a bastard and a half.

I still remember when prock came in drunk as a skunk, he actually was talking like a regular guy... I knew then he wasn't truly a bad person, just a good troll

Why are they two pages discussing posters who opinions should usually be thrown out the window? No wonder I'm coming here less.

Four posts from me

I just find internet trolls interesting, Gord. I want to understand their motivations, to understand why they do what they do. What makes a man a troll? Are trolls born, as a matter of destiny? Or does it take a village to raise a troll?

These are the philosophical quandaries that sometime perplex me, Gord. I'm not enough of a true purist to spend every moment of my considerable spare time thinking about Mark Stone's active stick (although I do spend a fair amount of time on that as well). I admire your dedication to keeping threads ever on topic...

Ever think of applying to become a ref?

I've actually asked several times (during chats with other refs through email after getting banned or something) and no one responds. Not sure what their looking for. I don't think they like people with a sense of humour to be honest.

Hmm, I don't know... I can think of some counter-examples to that. They probably just don't think it's necessary given our usual low post count/relative absence of being trolled

(Not only do I love applying sociology and philosophy on these threads, but public policy theory as well... A true renaissance man )

If the Sens win out and get their 99 points I think they make post season.

Need Pens to go 1-1

And....we have a shutout

Only tiebreaker separates Sens from Bruins now. If we beat Rangers I think we'll get in.

Boston plays back to back in Sunrise tomorrow. I think Florida will probably give them harder game than Bolts. I think Sens are going to have to win out to make it.
