Im sure if they had a realistic shot they'd go for babcock but i don't know where he stands regarding his future. Richardson's name has already popped up a few times, seems like a safe bet.

Well that is it then, lets get McDavid...! I reckon Babcock could see the prospects and I think if they got McDavid or even Eichel I reckon he could go for it.

i'm not sentimental at all...i'm trying to keep it as objective as possible...

as outlined in the other comment section, the 29th place team the last few years has finished with around 65 points...this year there will be three teams at 65 points or less with two of them around the mid-50's...

imo, and it's strictly my opinion, if ted Nolan were not on board with the plan, he'd have gotten this group of borderline nhl talent backed by strong goaltending, into the 60-point range...at the very least...in the past it wouldn't have been enough to get to 29th...this year it 61 points gets them to 28th

One of the only times I have disagreed with you. IMO, without stellar goaltending for damn near the whole year this team is in high 30s or low 40s in the point category. Their might be a handful of games that we should have won this year without our goalies standing on their head.
