Sbisa at the beginning of the year was complain worthy. Not anymore. People need to chill. WD is moulding him nicely into what he was supposed to become.

Frankly I blame Calgary for giving Deryk Engellend 3 million a year.

The only people who really seem to be the most vocal about it are Sekeres and Price. I don't get how people say that they are the best show on the 1040; if they have an issue with something they never move on from it.

Sbisa proved he can hit hard and step up into the top 4 . If we went after a UFA the price would be close to double.

I agree 100 % good signings. As I said yesterday we have half our D locked up for 13.2 per year. That is a bargain.

so true...if they'd have let Dorsett go it would have been the same female doging and moaning. No win situation. A losing fan base is inherently negative because they've never won.

I don't mind the extensions at all. Sbisa is the only Canuck dman that throws the body at every possible chance. Dorsett does the same up front. I'm not too worried about not being able to fit Mathias' salary in next year. The most body contact he engages in is when he' squeezes up to a teem mate on the bench. Hopefully he does well in the playoffs and garners interest at the draft for a team desperately needing size up front and willing to cough up a draft pick or two to get the inside track on signing the soon to be UFA.

Think your right about Shawn Matthias Carol, it will suck to see him go for nothing. Even if we manage to deal him at the end of the season or draft, the return won't be there. Poor asset management Sir Benning.
