Christian Ehrhoff just stepped onto the ice for practice. Gets a few stick taps and cheers from his teammates. - jfkst1
And then Craig Adams hits him into the boards at practice and hes out again for the rest of the season. Adams skates away mumbling "I will be in this damn lineup one way or another..." |

Is it me or just my imagination, but there seems to be an overabundance of annoying non-pens fans trolling in a PENS blog!! |

Yes but some of these "enemies" are actually rooting for the Pens over the Rags... |

If we're building a chart where we stack the advantages of each team against the other, the Rangers come ahead in goal, scoring, forward depth, defensive scoring, defensive depth, goals per game, and goals against per game.
Pittsburgh brings the golden triangle of better PK%, better PP%, and more rats. There are a few respectable hockey writers who think more PIM in the series could favor the Penguins; if so, I call on the fans to shower the ice with black and yellow rats. - Johnny Wrath
Does that include the fact that we allow as many SH goals as we score PP goals? |

I have a really good feeling about these playoffs. If the Penguins hadn't been pushed to the brink, and Fleury wasnt forced to play in Buffalo, he wouldn't have gotten a shutout, and I wouldn't have won my fantasy league.
But everything played out just the way it should have. I think its a sign. A sign that we will turn it around. A sign that we will get people back from injury. A sign we will start scoring goals and showing teams that we are not only a legitimate threat, but a true, bonafide Stanley cup contender.
We will not go quietly into the night! We will not vanish without a fight! We're going to live on! We're going to survive! Today we celebrate our Independence Day!!!!!
Hmm maybe I got carried away..... |

The one where Voracek tried to fight Grandpa Munster, right? What were the other two?

The first 3 Flyers/pens meetings this year.
Also, there was no "try." He beat him, and beat him soundly. |

No, taking himself off of the ice for 17 minutes was not one of his best moments.
I'm pick any one of his 81 points this season as a better moment. |

Yes...2 players with red hair is "a team of gingers."
Sorry, thought I could have a rational conversation with you without you crying about the Flyers. |

We need for players to stop hitting so hard. Someone could get hurt in this game some day. |

Unlike me, you seem very rational. I totally agree with you. We need more of those necessary hits on players who don't have the puck that drive them head first into the boards! YEAH! HOCKEY!!! FIGHT! FIGHT! FIGHT!

Yep, that's what Doan did. He grabbed him by the feet and flung him head-first into the boards, then laughed and killed a baby. Because Shane Doan has a history of going around trying to end players' careers. |

I honestly didn't think the hit was bad a little close to the boards but I'm still aloud to say F DOAN. so
