Most Know I'm the "Unicorns and Rainbows" guy, and I accept my lashings for being true to who I am. Just because I have my Masters degree & working on my PHD, I certainly don't need to bring my personal life into Hockey discussions. I've been teaching in WNY for over 20 years and I love my profession. I was a Safety Officer for Erie county for 10 years, hired at 19 with the highest score in Erie County, Elected Official in local government for 7 years, I just don't feel like I need to support my Hockey Comments with a background dissertation on what I've accomplished in my life. I don't judge people by how much money, what their job/profession is, but rather by the content and honesty of their hearts/personality.

Just catching up, this thread went all Brokeback Mountain for a little while there.

I guess we are all on the same page at the end of day, who is going for who in the playoffs ?

Winnipeg for me I guess with Stafford/Myers up there, very curious to see if Calgary can progress but I think with Kane coming back Chicago is maybe slight fav ahead of Rangers.

Nope, depends on playoff success/failure for the final slotting of playoff teams...e.g. If NYI won it all, they draft 30th. So got to root against them.

Ever since I joined this site, the teams that I want to advance in the playoffs have been based on the posters of hockey buzz.

So this year is not very difficult for me. Any team in the west going to the finals is fine.

In the east, I just don't want the Rangers, Islanders, or Penguins to do well.

My Mighty Taco is on Kenmore since I moved. They moved there from Sheridan. Has gone down hill in my opinion. The Super's are no longer super. I go months in between a visit instead of days.

It should matter. Oliver Kylington who at the start of the season was the clear #4 guy got injured and has fallen. I've seen him as far back as 28/29. To get him at 21 if he were still there would be a coup.
