Run him as a winger. Do what NYI did a few season by icing a forward group made almost all out of centers That way we wont have to call up plugs like Will Acton (I know he's not our problem anymore). The best teams have multiple guys that can play center and if we ever make the playoffs it'd be beneficial to have such depth.

Well we will never know, but at the same time if you don't let teams know LD is available( or whoever for that matter) then you probably never find out who really is obtainable.

The odds of getting McDavid are low, but you win that lottery you have to be looking at your options.

Look for Oilers to lock up Klefbom on a long term deal this summer. They can Negotiate after July 1st on an extension.

I would keep it in mind that Rishaug seems to dislike Yak so there is a chance Yak is on this list, but Rishaug might've just "omitted" him.

I do find it odd that Schultz is off so quickly. I've wondered the past few days if MacT would buck up and trade Schultz this summer for a more rounded d-man. Teams seems to get hard over offensive d-men so who knows.

Wonder if 16th+the MTL pick could get them up a few spots. Take a guy like Merkley if they take hanifin, take a werenski/kylington if they take Strome/Marner/McD

Even 3.7. It's not that much for a guy like him. At his age and the poop show that the Oilers are teams will still be interested.

Offensively the guy was in the top 50 for d-men this year for points. Had the PP been going sooner and Eakins was gone sooner would another 10 points really been a stretch for him? That would've put him into the top 25.

Oh no doubt about it he can put up points- but at times he takes on the role of a forward for those points which offsets things a bit...as he is suppose to be a defensemen... Thank the (frank) Eakins left and Klefbom came around as fast as he did or Jultz would have been in a very bad scenario... I just dont know what you pay or for how long...
