seems to me like a guy you take a chance on to see if he can be the real deal, but to pay him close to 4M to see if he becomes a quality player is tough for teams

I don't think Schultz would be so bad if he wasn't a tough minute muncher....he is who he is....way better player than that Jabroni Kris Russel....but do you ever hear a negative about Calgarys#3 D-Man? Trust me, he sucks but he's okay with limited time behind Gio and Brodie.
